GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Lux-Languages S.A.R.L. and the client. They apply to all language training services provided in Luxembourg, France, and Belgium. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC, which prevail over any other document unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by Lux-Languages.

CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT / TERMINATION / WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal
The client has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal for any registration made remotely (by email or post).

Postponement of lessons
The client may postpone a session by informing Lux-Languages via email (at lucie@lux-languages.com) at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

INVOICING
Services may be invoiced monthly or as a one-time payment, according to the conditions agreed with the client.

TRACKING OF COMPLETED HOURS
Lesson hours are certified by an attendance sheet signed by both the trainer and the client at each session.

WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
Lux-Languages undertakes to provide high-quality training with a best-efforts obligation. However, Lux-Languages cannot be held liable if learning objectives are not achieved.

NON-SOLICITATION
Clients agree not to directly or indirectly solicit Lux-Languages trainers for services outside the contractual framework, during the term of the contract and for one year after its termination. In case of breach, a fixed compensation may be claimed.

JURISDICTION
If any provision of these GTC is declared invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain in force. This contract is governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.
